How do you take slow-shutter speed photos on a Panasonic DMC-FS5 camera?
You don't, at least not in the sense of the control of setting in precise slow shutter speeds like you can with a more advanced camera such as an SLR type that allows you full control of shutter speed and aperture. Your camera is a basic snapshot oriented point and Shoot Camera.
The most you can do is use the "Starry Sky Mode". and select a shutter speed of 15, 30, or 60 seconds.
Check in your owners manual to see how to do this.
