What's a good compact/subcompact camera that takes both good pictures and good video?

I'm looking for a good compact or subcompact camera that takes both good pictures and good video -- and is less that $400. Any suggestions?
I would have to say any of the Canon PowerShots that are above 6.0 megs will do a good job for videos and pictures
